David Miscavige’s McBridge
Well, the first completion from Flag’s Grades program has rolled off the line, and is being touted all over LA as the poster child for David Miscavige’s new, faster-than-ever Grades. As you may have heard, all OT Ambassadors have been given “mandatory” orders to select people to Flag for their Grades. They have stiff quotas, and are being pounded to get more people to Flag.
Never mind that this takes preclears from their local orgs, who are already struggling to get by, with their course rooms and HGCs empty. Never mind that it is the Orgs who are supposed to deliver Grades, and then select them to the AOs and then to Flag. Never mind such a minor thing as Bridge flow. No, don’t think about those things – they have to be gotten to Flag fast so they can be signed up fast, so they can get through their Grades fast.
And exactly how are they getting them through their Grades so fast? Well, because they are delivering Quad Grades, not Expanded Grades. Yes, that’s right, Quad Grades.
And that’s not the only thing being stripped down for speed. A former C/S who recently trained at Flag said that they were informed by the Qual Division at Flag that two out of three LRH HCOBs on the State of Clear were no longer to be applied. They were “no longer in use.”
I seem to remember a reference called Technical Degrades – HCO PL 17 June 1970: “The effort to get students through courses and get pcs processed was considered best handled by reducing materials or deleting processes from grades. The pressure to speed up student completions and auditing completions was mistakenly answered by just not delivering.”
But we don’t have time to read all that. We’ve got to hurry, hurry, hurry and get more people to Flag for their fast, fast Grades!

Addendum: Now get this: before pcs are allowed to get their Grades at Flag they have to sign a nondisclosure agreement that they will not tell what they were audited on. Of course – they don’t want it to get around that Flag is delivering Quickie Grades!
Leaving Scientology 
Oh yes, I remember that HCOB. It is a 1970 policy letter entitled “Technical Degrades.” Here’s the exact quotation:
“Such actions as this gave us “Quickie Grades”, ARC Broke the field
and downgraded the Academy and SH Courses”

“A condition of TREASON or cancellation of certificates or dismissal and a
full investigation of the background of any person found guilty, will be
activated in the case of anyone committing the following HIGH CRIMES. ”

“7. Failing to use all processes for a level.
8. Boasting as to speed of delivery in a session, such as “I put in Grade
Zero in 3 minutes.” Etc. “
No fries, thank you. I’ll go to Wendy’s instead. What? McDonalds is the ONLY place delivering?

The New Scientology appears to be getting consolidated to Flag. Confining the delivery of severely squirreled tech to one locale means Scientology will be lots easier to attack and will hasten the demise of DM’s church.
DM has does not give a damn about the local orgs. It’s all about the money and has nothing to do with fellow Scientologists. I cannot wait for this man to be removed.
And why is there such a rush to get people fast fast fast thru their grades and Clear? Because then they can be pushed onto their OT levels where they can be tightly controlled. All aspects of their life will become the church’s. But even more importantly…once you get on the OT route..it’s Big Bucks city and you better pay up..your OT eligibility depends on it.
No wonder that C/S is a FORMER C/S. How can any tech terminal stay on post knowing that what they are being ordered to do is totally out-tech. Very troubling.
WOW. This is so beyond gross but I suppose it is really to be expected. I was there in 96 part of the launch of the “Golden Age of Tech”! HA! The things we did to get done on that evolution would probably turn everyones hair white. We were told by the then Chief Off to “NOT” do the things that we did at FLAG back at our orgs. Because we were so out there with unusual solutions it wasn’t even funny. He blew right after that and then was declared. I felt bad for him and I hope he is doing well wherever he is.
I knew then that it was about the “end result” rather then getting it right. If you could cram hundreds of students through Supervisor and Word Clearer training in 1 month then anything was possible. Now it isn’t just training. Sad.

I remember back in the early ’90’s when I was in like Flynn , with upper management and being told after they had gotten account with H&K, CIA’s favorite PR firm, that they wanted to turn every Org on the planet into something similar to MacDonalds! I kid you not!
This was this guy’s concept of “Standard Tech”. The idea that every org practiced Scientology in exactly the same lifeless way! Just like MacDonalds! Where you can walk to one anywhere in the world and get the same lifeless over cooked burger and fries that taste like deep fried cardboard and the packaging has more nutritive value than the actual “food” or imitation thereof.
You know screw ethnic surveys, paralleling the PC’s mind, using the full body of the technology, auditing the PC in front of you, “auditing is for the PC” etc! Those things that are actually considered part of Standard Tech! Faget abat it!!!
Instead give ’em some regurgitated prepackaged form of “Scientology” that looks good but tastes awful!
I couldn’t believe I was hearing this from a senior executive!!!!!
But then came the “Golden Age of Tech” where they turn out robotic auditors and “Ideal Orgs” that you could easily put under the Golden Arches, instead of the S and double triangles!!!!!!
I mean this has been on the rumor line for some time now, that they where going to dump the whole Grade Chart and just deliver “Quickie Grades” and I couldn’t believe that even Miscavige would be that stupid or evil or both stupid and evil!!!!!

I don’t think it is just gettng $ in the door. Money’s money, and expanded grades take much more time than quads, which means lots of money. I think it is about getting stats up because the VIIIs have been demanding to see real stats i.e. auditing hours, auditing completions, etc. After grades completions the next step is Dianetics which is not a confidential level so it isn’t to get people onto a short leash either. But it may be a solution to a problem: Class V orgs are very short on auditors — the course rooms are reportedly nearly empty. How long have they been empty, which means no auditors have been trained?
Good point about the stats. Spot on in fact. The current poster child for Flag that Rebel008 mentions not only did their quickie grads but went Clear all in that trip to Flag. So she is being touted all around LA as the first returnee from Flag who went up the “new” grades and went Clear.
Regarding seeing the stats, this is an essential point. It’s the Class V org stats which need to be seen. We can’t clear the planet from Flag. The LRH strategy is expansion of the islands of sanity, and Flag increasingly would expand as a result of THAT focus, not simply stat pushing Flag and the AO’s.
Bottom up expansion is the LRH way. For example, You want more OT’s? Sell Dianetics. See where DM sabotaged that in “Thoughtful’s” article on his website, entitled “RPF”. DM can have dianetics sold all day long but set up an organizational structure to sabotage the publics reach.
Please forward this information to OT’s who are requesting stats.

Rebel008, please explain more in detail this expanded grades and quad grades issue. Is it that reg’s are told to not reg for expanded grades, or tech terminals are told to only audit quad grades? I’m not saying you have to produce something in writing on this page, just explain what you’ve heard, and from who if possible.
They’re not called “grades” or “expanded grades”, they’re called “the new grades with arbitraries removed”.
Instead of auditing the 30-some sets of processes (with 4 flows) on each grade, what Flag is doing now is just auditing the 1 quad set of processes on each grade (and more “if deemed technically necessary”). Basically, they finish your quads and if you’re F/Ning and looking good, they’ll just pass you onto the next grade.
No checking any of the other 29 or so sets of processes for a read at this point. Nada. They’ll only do a little bit more to get your needle FNing if they feel it’s “necessary” and then move you up to the next grade.
This is how they’re able to finish someone on all their grades within 1 or 2 weeks. It’s quickie grades to the extreme.
In my opinion, it’s about getting people onto OT levels ASAP (stat pushing). The more people onto and through the OT levels, the more lucrative that will be for Flag, and the more OTs they will have to push and order around. And people who are able to go Clear so quickly, I think, will be more willing to spend money on doing OT levels right away… And, it will give Miscavige another “stat” to brag about at Intl. Events.
And if you don’t UPSIZE to a new IAS level you get sec checked. “But I only want to try the happy meal 😦 … “

Interesting as we all know McDonalds is not in the business of poisoning people – I mean selling hamburgers, McDonalds like the new and improved Cof$ is in the business of real estate!!
I got that email from Barbara Dews stating that you can get thru Grades II, III &IV in 3 intenstives at Flag, even my non technically trained mind knew sg was seriously wrong. Having only completed ARC S/W, I could still sniff out the skunks, and in no way would I ever go to Flag and turn my case over to them. Thank goodness for Admin training and knowing about HCOPL Technical Degrades. WTF are the robots pushing for DM and can it possibly be imagined that we are so stupid out here?

Keep in mind that RTC’s major stat is Advanced Services delivered. So, if you quickie the lower Bridge you get that many more to feed the RTC stat, and that means DM’s ‘upstat’.
I have been told by a senior terminal at Flag that the IAS is now the senior organization at Flag. IMHO, if there are Quicky Grades done at Flag, it is a way to get more (raw) bodies in the shop in order to pressure them for big IAS donations. This is “free money” because you don’t have to deliver anything in exchange (like auditiing and training), which makes this kind of money very addictive to a “Showman” like DM. This pressure for IAS donations gets much more intense as you begin to face your eligibility and your invitation onto OT VI.
I am a fairly recent New OT V and then I routed onto OT VI but found the classroom filled with weird GAT drills that were invented or “discovered” long after LRH’s passing. I couldn’t continue and I escaped. I am now sitting on the sidelines trying to figure this out.
What happened? Iv’e been in Scn 35 years and for me, the auditing over the years at Flag has been fantastic. But, it seems 70% of both donations (IAS) and training (GAT) have been invented long after LRH left. Money and training have just gone off the deep end…. not Scientology anymore… DMonology
And, now if Quicky Grades are being delivered at Flag, then maybe the auditing technology will also get lost.
